young female patient of 27 years. Complaint appears in consultation because of low acuity in left eye. After the routine examinations and IOP 24mmHg checked both eyes. It is suspected of occlusion of central vein in the left eye. And because tortuosity increased in the right eye, was targeted and requested blood tests and prescribed brimonidine tartrate 2% 02 times daily in both eyes. Targeted monthly monitoring. but the patient only returned 04 months later with complaints of low visual acuity in right eye. After retinography it established new episode of central vein occlusion of the right eye this time. Who had acuity 20/20 and started to move the hands in 04 months
