Homonymous Hemianopia, Occipital Lobe, Quadrantanopia
Hemianopias involving a single quadrant often represent occipital infarcts. This Goldmann field shows a left superior quadrantanopia, presumably resulting from infarction of the right occipital lobe, inferior calcarine bank. Note the respect for both the vertical meridian and the horizontal meridian.
