Diagnosis:	Arteriovenous malformations (AVM) in a child with delayed milestones of development.
Comment to photo:	There are multiple swellings/ masses at the root of the nose and right superior orbit alongwith conjunctival chemosis. Color Doppler imaging showed pulsations and dynamic flow. AVM are developmental anomalies whereby arteries and veins anastomose without capillaries, leading to arterialized veins with high-pressure flow.
