Orbital dermoid

Orbital dermoid
Dermoid cysts are painless, smooth, ovoid/ round, firm, rubbery. Orbital dermoid are found most commonly in the superotemporal quadrant of the orbit. These are choristomas arising from subcutaneous epidermal tissues trapped along bony suture lines, usually intimately associated with or firmly attached to the frontozygomatic suture superotemporally or to the maxillofrontal suture superonasally.
