Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with foramen
The patient told about increased appearance of photopsia on the left eye. For one week vision was decreasing. First there was a schade in the peripheral right visual field and for a few days there was a wall moving from below into the visual field. In the ultra-wide-angle fundus photograph (Optomap) a bullous retinal detachment was shown. The mid-peripheral foramen at 11h is zu be considered to be cause of the detachment.
