Third Nerve Palsy
In this case of right 3rd nerve palsy, in the primary position the right upper lid is ptotic and there is a right exotropia and hypotropia in primary gaze. Elevation of the right eye is limited. Adduction of the right eye is limited. Abduction of the right eye is normal. Depression of the right eye is limited.
