Poliosis

Poliosis
The ciliae are depigmented. The pupil is small and irregular with posterior synechiae, the lens is opaque: signs of chronic inflammation. These together with the poliosis suggest the differential diagnosis of sympathetic ophthalmia versus Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome.
