Macular Hole, Retinal Detachment
This myopic eye (see myopic conus) has developed a retinal detachment because of a macular hole. Note the visibility of the choroidal pattern through the hole, while the pattern is blurred in most of the posterior pole. The detachment seems to be an older one as one sees subtle subretinal proliferation in the temporal periphery.
