Cavernous Hemangioma
Cavernous hemangioma is a well defined benign vascular lesion of the orbit consisting of dilated vascular channels. It most commonly appears in middle aged individuals as slowly developing painless proptosis that rarely may be associated with decreased vision. Treatment is by surgical excision.
