Morning Glory Disc Anomaly

Morning Glory Disc Anomaly
The optic disc is enlarged, ill defined, and situated within a funnel-shaped area of posterior excavation. Irregular hyperpigmentation of the peripapillary zone is present. The retinal vessels emanate from the disc in radial fashion, and it is difficult to distinguish arterioles from venules. A whitish tuft of glial tissue is situated centrally.
