Ectropion, Paralytic
This results from paralysis of the orbicularis muscle following seventh nerve injury from tumor, trauma or Bell's palsy. Loss of muscle tone and sagging of the cheek causes the lower eyelid (left) to fall away from the eye together with blepharochalasis.
