Patient: 45 years old patient, BCVA 6/60. Ocular Medical History: sudden loss of vision in RE, macular OCT with central thickness of 426 µm. General Medical History: arterial hypertension. Main Complaint: decreased vision. Purpose: to show BRVO with CWS. Methods: Colour Photography Posterior Segment. Findings: temporal occlusion with retinal microinfarcts and macular edema.
