Synchysis Scintillans
Blind eye with a history of trauma. The vitreous is filled with golden reflective crystals. Since it touches the cornea the eye is aphacic. Prolaps of vitreous into anterior chamber. The crystals are cholesterol thought to be related to a previous hemorrrhage.
