Diagnosis:	Macular Pucker (Epiretinal Membrane) , OCT
Comment to photo:	A red-free image shows a large premacular membrane with multiple holes superiorly. Cross-sectional OCT through the foveal area indicates a partially detached preretinal membrane. The retina underneath has lost the foveal contour and is edematous.
