In acute lymphatic leukemia one finds accumulations of immature lymphoblasts, in chronic lymphatic leukemia mature lymphoctes together with mitoses and plasma cells under the conjunctiva. The tumor is visible in the upper and lower fornix, well delineated, soft and hyperemic.
