Optic Nerve Sheath Meningioma
This is a meningothelial cell neoplasm arising from the arachnoid of the optic nerve. It occurs most commonly between the ages of 20 and 60 years with a slight predilection for females. Clinical presentation is with slowly progressive proptosis (here of the right eye) and visual loss.
