Cavernous haemangioma of the optic disc

Nervio Óptico -> Anomalías Congénitas
56 yrs old female presented with headache. On examination her vision was 20/20 in botheyes. Anterior segment was normal in both eyes. Left eye fundus showed cluster of intraretinal blood filled saccules on the optic disc with normal retinal vessels and macula. Right eye fundus was normal. FFA showed early hyperfluorescence with slow filling and no leakage in Left eye. USG abdomen and CT Brain reaveled normal study. No systemic abnormality was detected. She was advised periodic follow up.
