Patient: 59 years old of age, male, BCVA RA 0.1, LA:1.0 (snellen chart) General Medical History: systemic hypertension. Ocular Medical History: right eye decrease of vision since one year , intraocular pressure od:18 mmHg , os : 15 mmHg. no associated systemic symptoms . Methods: Colour Fundus Photography, OCT imaging. Colour Fundus:retinal hemorrhages in inferior sector ,cup-to disc ratio(od):0.7.
OCT image showed severe macular edema.
