70 y, male, arterial hypertension, occlusion of internal carotid, after surgery in face-down position anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Now segmental optic nerve atrophy with associated hemispherical visual field defect and impaired retinal nerve fiber thickness, relative afferent pupillary defect, VA 0.63.
