33-year old male patient presented with diminution of vision both eyes. Visual acuity: 20/200 OU. Medical history revealed long-term systemic /topical steroid use for atopic dermatitis. general physical examination revealed Cushingoid moon-shaped facies and eczematous skin lesions. Slit-lamp examination of both eyes revealed posterior subcapsular cataract with "bread-crumb appearance" - typical of complicated cataract.
