Posterior Lenticonus晶状体 -> 先天性白内障 -> Lenticonus (-globus)32 years lady presented to us with dimness of vision in both the eyes.
On refraction she was having -12D (OD) and -14D (OS) Lenticular Myopia with normal axial length.
On slit lamp examination after dilatation she was having relatively flat ant. surface and more curved Posterior surface of the Lens.On retro illumination,oil droplet appearance was there. She was not having Systemic abnormalities uasually associated with post. lenticonus.
