A 28 years old female came with a history of gradual deterioration of visual acuity in both eyes. Slitlamp examination revealed sub Bowman’s calcification (Figure 1). Anterior OCT was performed to estimate the depth of the lesions (Figure 2). The results were consistent with the Scheimpflug image and corneal tomography with the Pentacam (Figure 3). Corneal topmgraphy also revealed irregular anterior corneal surface as shown on the anterior curvature map (Figure 4). The Pentacam is very useful in estimating sub Bowman’s lesions.
