Retinal Microinfarct with Following Focal Defect of Nerve Fiber Layer (Time Course, Colour-, IR-, OCT-Image)

Retina -> Vascular Diseases (see also: Systemic Immunologic Diseases) -> Retinal Vasculitis
53 y, female, pseudophakia, rheumatoid arthritis, positive rheuma factor. Visus RA cc 1.0, LA cc 1.0, IOP R/L 15/15 mmHg. Within two months -from 07/2011 to 09/2011- the intraretinal edema disappears. As a consequence a focal defect of the retinal nerve fiber layer becomes visible with an antero- and retrograde extension.
