Orbital wall fracture secondary to trauma

Orbita -> Trauma (Verletzung)
This case was referred by Maxillo-facial surgeons. This 18 year old female assaulted with a motorcycle helmet. Facial xrays were reported as normal. Exophthalmometer demonstrated 2mm of left exophthalmos and pain on left medial gaze. CT scan shows a displaced fracture of the left floor of orbit and a minor fracture of the left medial orbital walls. Highlights importance of clinical examination.
