This patient had bilateral fornix-based trabeculectomy with mitomycin C for primary open angle glaucoma. 3 years after the surgery, bilateral corneal dissecting bleb developed. The patient is however, asymptomatic. The intraocular pressure was 14 mm Hg (OD) and 12 m Hg (OS).
