Branch retinal vein occlusion in connection with systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome

A 50 year old woman diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with positive anticardiolipin and lupus anticoagulant antibodies. It is diagnosed of an asymptomatic branch retinal vein occlusion in a funduscopy due to the following of its treatment with hydroxychloroquine.
