| 右眼球突出。右眼视神经轮廓粗大有条纹。经静脉内注射增强剂后更为明显。在右眼视神经内部缺乏增强剂的部分表示坏死。外直肌扩张累及眼球筋膜。眼上静脉未充血。鉴别诊断:筛窦炎。患者有3个月病史排除眶组织蜂窝织炎。 | |
