Orbital cellulitis

Orbital cellulitis
Left upper lid was tense due to chemosis / swelling. There was conjunctival congestion/chemosis and proptosis of left eye. Slight chin elevation, raised eyebrows and wrinkles on forehead due to frontalis overaction, were to compensate for the ptosis produced by swollen lid
