DR1-2009-05-27*45-ML We see focal arteriolar narrowing and juxtapapillary a small pigment epithel atrophy, av-ratio OD 0.83/ OS 0.81. General data: male, 52 years, weight 94 kg, height 180 cm, BMI 29, abdomnal girth 105 cm, smoking 3 cig/day since 2008, sports 4x/week. Atherogenic Risk Factors: no hypertension, no diabetes, no hypercholesterinemia. Endorgan damage: no angina pectoris, no claudicatio intermittens, no heart infarction, no stroke, no bypass surgery, no carotid artery surgery.
