Bilateral ocular involvement with multiple degrees of pathology: microphthalmia, coloboma, persistant primary hyperplastic vitreous, i.o. cartilage (arrow), retinal dysplasia, cataract, rudimentary angle structures, optic nerve hypoplasia, scleralizatiion of cornea. Multiple other systemic malformations. Results from extra chromosome in the 13th pair of chromosomes. Lifespan only a few months.
