Pseudo Exfoliation Syndrome (PEX), Keratopathy
Keratopathy causing edema of the cornea due to (invisible) deposits of PEX material on the endothelium. Note the deposits at the pupillary margin. At this stage the intraocular pressure is usually elevated.
