OCT: severe macular edema. Patient: 59 years old of age, male, BCVA 0.1, intraocular pressure 18 mmHg . Ocular Medical History: decrease of vision since one year. General Medical History: systemic arterial hypertension, no associated systemic symptoms. Purpose: to present macular edema in retinal vein occlusion. Methods: Colour Fundus Photography, OCT imaging. Findings: Colour Fundus Photography: retinal hemorrhages in inferior hemisphere, cup-to disc ratio 0.7. OCT: severe macular edema. Discussion:-. Literature: -.
