Retinitis pigmentosa

Retinitis pigmentosa
A 34 year old male presented to us with complaint of loss of vision since last 6 years perticularly in dim light. He had history of reduction of vision. He was found to have vision finger counting near face ou. On examination he was having normal anterior segment and in posterior segment had bone corpuscle retinal pigment in mid periphery of retina. Macula had pigmentary lesion in both eyes.
