Lacrimal Ductal Cyst (Dacryops)
This rare lesion develops because of an obstruction and subsequent expansion of the duct of the lacrimal gland. The lesion is filled with a serous fluid. It lights up when transilluminated with a fiberoptic lightprobe (see also under sudiferous cyst of lid).
