Flat Anterior Chamber After Penetrating Injury with Iris Incarceration and Secondary Angle Closure Glaucoma
Vascularized corneal scar with extended anterior synechiae, korectopia, shallow anterior chamber and traumatic cataract. The best approach to therapy is an excentic rotatory keratoplasty. (Separation of the iris incarceration, anterior vitrectomy and implantation of a lens. To avoid this condition the anterior chamber should have been restored at the time of primary surgery.
