Ocular Hypotony, Optic Atrophy
After long lasting hypotony with disc swelling optic atrophy occurs. This disc shows discrete temporal pallor, the nasal side is still blurred, retinal veins are still engorged and somewhat tortuous. The retinal surface shows fine wrinkles.
