Monocular Elevator Deficiency
In this case, there is no deviation in primary gaze although a mild ptosis of the left upper lid is present. An element of ptosis is reported in up to half of patients with this condition. There is limited elevation of the left eye in all fields of up gaze. There is no deviation in lateral gaze and down gaze.
