Homonymous Hemianopia; Temporal Lobe

Homonymous Hemianopia; Temporal Lobe
In each eye, there is a pie-shaped defect in the right upper quadrant. Both defects respect the vertical meridian. This “pie-in-the-sky” hemianopic pattern reflects damage to the optic radiations coursing through the temporal lobe.
