Lower Lid injury with involvment of lacrimal system
A male patient 36 years old presented with history of vehicular injury. On examination he was found to have lower lid laceration sparing eye ball but involving lower lacrimal canaliculus. He was operated for lid repair and lacrimal cannula repaired using teflon stunt.Patient recovered well and did not have complaints regarding lacrimal system.
