Triton OCT, OCT Macula, OS: epiretinal gliosis, cystoid macular edema, degenerated photoreceptors in foveolar zone, parafoveolar intraretinal hard exsudates. Patient: 75 years of age, female, BCVA 0.63 at OD, 0.3 at OS; diabetes type 2 since 20 years with insulin therapy.
