Pigment Dispersion Syndrome

Pigment Dispersion Syndrome
Numerous dark pigment granules are deposited on the surface of the iris, in the chamber angle and on the backsurface of the cornea (Krukenberg's spindle). This occurs after exertion (in this case mounting stairs). The granules are so small that they are often overlooked.
