Synchysis Scintillans, Pseudohypopyon
Glistening crystals have accumulated in the lower anterior chamber (pseudohypopyon), appear golden when stirred up and settle like snowflakes. These are cholesterol crystals deriving from the vitreous cavity (? after hemorrhages).
