Anophthalmos Post Endophthalmitis
The patient presented with left fungal endophthalmitis despite intensive medical therapy. His left eye had to be eviscerated. After 6 months, he had developed a deep superior sulcus and ptosis due to decreased orbital volume. Theses features remain visible despite a prosthesis.
