Familial Exudative Vitreoretinopathy, (FEVR)
Due to proliferative changes in the periphery the retina has been dragged temporally superiorly as indicated by the stretched vessels and the changed location of the fovea. In addition yellowish exudates are seen near the fovea caused by leaking peripheral vessels. This picture is very similar to that of ROP except that it is familial and occurs in maturely born children.
