Sarcoidosis Granuloma of the Conjunctiva of the Lid
Barely visible, slightly elevated and glassy, multiple granulomas are in the tarsal conjunctiva. Since this is a favored location for the granulomas of sarcoid the conjunctiva can be biopsied to confirm a suspicion of the disease.
