Sixth Nerve Palsy, Unilateral

Sixth Nerve Palsy, Unilateral
In primary gaze, there is esotropia due to weakness of the right lateral rectus muscle. As the patient looks away from the field of action of the paretic right lateral rectus muscle, the esotropia improves. As the patient looks toward the field of action of the paretic right lateral rectus muscle, the esotropia worsens.
