Wegener's Granulomatosis, Marginal Corneal Ulcer
Most common eye findings in Wegener's Granulomatosis are a non-specific scleritis and a marginal ulcer of the cornea which may develop into perforating keratomalacia. Episcleral vessels are closed because of the vasculitis (see the abrupt stop of vessels between 10 and 12 o'clock) The ulcer is minimaly infiltrated.
