| The left optic disc is no longer swollen, but does exhibit mild disc pallor, greater superiorly. An inferonasal step was present on visual field testing. A lumbar puncture revealed normal intracranial pressure (ICP). In patients with disc swelling in the setting of hypoparathyroidism, ICP may be either normal or elevated. | |
