This highly elevated lesion, which clinically is called cutaneous horn may be a verruca vulgaris, seborrhoic keratosis, inverted follicular keratosis and rarely a squamous cell carcinoma or sebaceous-gland carcinoma. Excsional biopsy and histologic examination necessary for diagnosis
