Chorio-retinal Anastomosis
Two prominent retinal veins disappear abruptly underneath a fibrous disciform macular scar and drain into the choroidal vasculature. This can occur for example after chorioretinal inflammation or in AMD.Can be of significance in the differential diagnosis of melanocytic choroidal processes.
